3-5 years of software development experience.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development practices.

Experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

Experience building backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.

Familiarity with Redis, caching strategies, and performance optimization.

Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and API security.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms.

Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments is a plus.

Exposure to Python or FastAPI is a plus.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
